This is THE Cardio Barre class! High cardio, no impact, true to ballet technique. Not a dance class, but based on the beautiful ballet form. This class combines barre work and light weights with continual fat burning motion, while focusing on lengthening your long, lean, muscles. Great for anyone with ballet experience or none at all! The beginner level is a high energy, full body workout. The entire class is modifiable - you can push harder for more intensity, or pull back to a slower pace or less reps or different positioning for less intensity - which makes this class great for all ages, sizes, fitness levels, and athletic abilities! Floor Barre Sculpt
Floor Barre Sculpt is a technique in ballet training that takes the basic ballet barre training from the standing position to the floor. Taking the effort of standing out of the equation, it strengthens and properly corrects the placement of the pelvis, hips, and back and helps release tension throughout the body. It is appropriate for dancers and non-dancers, women and men, and anyone desiring the alignment, strengthening and health benefits of this gentle, yet highly effective technique. For our Cardio Barre (Advanced) All Levels class, it will be customized per class to the clients' preference to push it to the next level or keep it at beginner. The Advanced version is very similar to the Beginner class - just faster, more reps, and less breaks. It maintains the high-cardio, no impact, and authentic ballet format. Yoga Sculpt is a class that incorporates hand weights and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie burning effect. The hand weights add a new challenge to traditional yoga movements. Please bring a yoga mat or a full-size towel, and a water.
Barre Burn & Sculpt
A class designed to strengthen and sculpt your body with use of light weights and high repetitions. Barre exercises designed to target the lower body and core. A fun, low impact class for all! Please bring a full-size towel and water.
This is a yoga class is designed to be accessible to all levels, with an emphasis on core engagement and proper alignment. You will be lead through a 60 minute full-body Vinyasa flow focusing on breath and strength. Please bring your yoga mat or a full-size towel, and water.

Sculpt your body while improving coordination, strength, flexibility, and balance with this full body barre workout mix. Floor Barre Yoga Sculpt
In this case, 2 is better than 1. Floor Barre Yoga Sculpt combines the technique, strength and exercises from Floor Barre Sculpt while building awareness through breath to movement. This class will deepen your mind-body connection as well as increase flexibility and strength. Please bring a yoga mat or full-size towel, and a water.
Yoga Barre is a class designed to lengthen and strengthen the muscles of the lower body at the barre, incorporating classic ballet movement and balance. Light hand weights will be used to sculpt and tone all areas of the upper body and core. This class will finish with a deep stretch focused on traditional yoga moves allowing for greater flexibility and recovery.
