This is THE Cardio Barre class! High cardio, no impact, true to ballet technique. Not a dance class, but based on the beautiful ballet form. This class combines barre work and light weights with continual fat burning motion, while focusing on lengthening your long, lean, muscles. Good for anyone with ballet experience or none at all! The beginner level is a high energy, full body workout. The entire class is modifiable - you can push harder for more intensity, or pull back to a slower pace or less reps or different positioning for an easier accommodation - which makes this class great for all ages, sizes, fitness levels, and athletic abilities! Please bring a full-size towel and water.
